These terms govern the use of CreatorsBrains, a workspace where content creators and their teams view the statistics of the creator's accounts and run the creator's sales, operated by CreatorsBrains ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you accept them. Contact: admin@creatorsbrains.com.
1. The service
CreatorsBrains lets a creator connect their own social media accounts and displays the resulting statistics — and, on the connected account, its comments and Instagram direct messages — to the creator and to the team members they authorize. The service only READS: it never publishes, modifies, or deletes anything on a connected account. Where a platform offers no read-only permission for what we read, the permission it does offer grants more than we use; our privacy policy names those cases.
CreatorsBrains also lets the creator's team run its sales: booking forms and scheduling with a Google Calendar the workspace connects, funnels of steps, calls on Google Meet recorded and transcribed with notes written by an AI model, and messages to prospects by email, SMS and WhatsApp. These messages are sent from the workspace's own channels, never from a connected social account. Features our website presents as coming are not part of the service until they are available in the product.
2. Accounts and workspaces
- You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- A workspace belongs to the creator's organization. Roles and permissions inside a workspace are managed by its administrators.
- You may only connect social accounts that you own or that you are explicitly authorized to connect by their owner.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to access data of workspaces you don't belong to, probing or disrupting our infrastructure, reselling extracted platform data, or using the service in violation of the terms of YouTube, Meta, TikTok, or applicable law. When you connect a YouTube channel, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service.
4. Prospects, recordings and messages
- The workspace is responsible for the prospects it collects and contacts through CreatorsBrains: it must have a lawful basis to collect their data and to message them, honour their opt-outs, and comply with the rules on direct marketing and electronic communications that apply to it.
- Calls are recorded by a bot that joins the call as a visible participant. The workspace must tell the people on the call that it is recorded, and obtain their consent where the law requires it.
- WhatsApp messages leave from a number the workspace links to CreatorsBrains. The workspace must use that number in line with WhatsApp's terms. SMS stop at once for a number that replied STOP.
5. Content written by AI
Call notes and other content written by an AI model can contain mistakes. Read them before relying on them; the decisions you take with them remain yours.
6. Third-party platforms
Connected platforms (Google/YouTube, Meta/Instagram, TikTok) remain governed by their own terms and may change or restrict their APIs at any time; we are not responsible for such changes. We access them only with the permissions you grant — read-only wherever the platform offers one — and you can revoke them at any time.
The same applies to the services the sales features rely on: Google Calendar and Google Meet, Recall.ai, Anthropic, Twilio, Resend and WhatsApp.
7. Data
Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms. Deleting your account or disconnecting a platform triggers the deletion described there.
8. Availability and changes
We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is", without warranty of uninterrupted operation. We may evolve features over time; if a change materially reduces the service, we will announce it in advance.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
10. Termination
You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice when practicable.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Paris, France, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.
